Below, you’ll find a wide range of activities for the stories in the On a Day Story Voyages series. Activities include discussion and research questions and writing and art prompts.
- Activities are targeted to Grade 4/5 students.
- Curriculum Connections, Learning Outcomes, and Groupings are identified for each activity. Some activities can be used with individual students. Others are ideal for small group or whole class activities. Many will work well in all three settings.
- The captivating stories, historical information and archival images make the book engaging and accessible for students of other ages. Adapt and modify the suggested activities to suit your students' needs and interests.
